Tickets now on sale for fifth annual Wine, Women & Shoes

Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price returns to fashion fete benefiting Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County on Oct. 14

Tickets and tables are on sale for Wine, Women & Shoes presented by Capital One 6-10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at Ridglea Country Club in Fort Worth. Now in its fifth year, the fashion fete fundraiser benefits Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County.

CIS-GTC has grown from serving at-risk students at two schools in 1992 to reaching an estimated 37,000 students across 57 schools and nine Tarrant County school districts for the 2016-17 school year.

Shoe lovers will kick up their heels while sipping varietals from some of the country’s top winemakers, shop the latest fashion trends in the multi-designer marketplace, dine and cheer on local celebrity models as they strut the runway and swoon over sole men serving up this season’s must-haves on silver platters, a press release stated.
