This October, The Kimpton Harper in the heart of Fort Worth’s Downtown has partnered with Pendleton Whisky, and local florist Brandi Chapman Floral to transform its penthouse lounge, Refinery 714, into a boho-western meets disco-themed pop-up.
Located on the 24th floor of The Kimpton Harper, the Pendleton Pop-Up will offer a curated menu of interactive cocktails made with Pendleton Whisky and its sister brand, Dobel Tequila. Highlights include:
- Western Dahlia: A bright and bubbly way to enjoy whiskey, this cocktail includes Pendleton, chai syrup, yellow chartreuse, lemon juice and honey syrup topped with bubbles and garnished with orange florals
- Calamity Jane: A smoking cocktail made with Pendleton Rye, dry vermouth, Aperol and yellow chartreuse.
- Pendleton Old Fashioned: A classic cocktail made of Pendleton, simple syrup, angostura bitter and orange zest with the option of having it smoked upon request.
- Lone Ranger: Served in a disco tumbler, enjoy Dobel tequila, lemon juice and simple syrup topped with bubbles.
The pop-up will launch on Thursday, October 6th,with a Rhinestone Cowboy Kick-Off Party from 7 to 10 p.m., complete with a live vinyl DJ and commemorative disco ball glassware. Be the first to experience not only the specialty cocktails but also the eye-catching décor, from cowboy boots and photo walls to hanging disco balls and feathers galore.
